  • I used to work at a store down the street from a brew shop. I poked around and found out I could easily afford to do my first brew. Now I'm a brewer for life!
  • Get into all grain, brew some barley wines, try out some high gravity stuff, get some pure oxygen in my wort, cellar some beers.

    since noones answered..ill put in my 2 cents."orfy's" acutal FG was 1.015. I dont know that 5
    more points is worth your trouble. i would just enjoy the very slightly sweeter brew.
