A longer boil will get your OG up as long as the volume is still fine. Otherwise you may
consider adding some extra light DME. With boil issues you volume is probably high as well so
longer may fix it...

Back to the OP. There is no need to keep Starsan or any other sanitizer in a carboy for
storage.Sure there is. You fill it to the top so the mice don't fall in. They will just swim a

I just found this. may help. This is the model I got from my friend and it worked well.
Getting it set for multiple heights was a little bit of a pain but not bad.
