    ABOUT ME

  • I enjoy brewing on an extremely small scale (maybe 12-15 brews in a year, although I'd love to increase that greatly).

I like it all - beer is good!

In my spare time I'm a diving coach, web developer, graphic artist and avid gamer.

  • I got into brewing out of sheer curiosity. It was something I wanted to try years ago, but couldn't afford. About 3 years ago I went out and got myself some equipment (and made some at home).
I will brew anything once; and if I like it - I'll brew it again!

Good job. First recipe and it is drinkable, that's an accomplishment in and of itself. If I
could make a couple of suggestions:1) What kind of beer were you shooting for ? You say a
    "fall" beer, but t...

I figured I should update this with how it turned out (if anyone was curious). It's not 'bad',
but it's not 'great' either. It didn't quite get the taste I was hoping for. The smoked malts
    weren't qui...
