    I used this thread for the wiring. control box is pretty simple. PVC electrical box from Lowes
    and some simple single pole snap switches for the pump, RIMS, etc. Notice the "high tech"

    I routinely do this with beers that I've kegged that loose their....oomph. Stainless tea balls

    Don't forget to add propane/NG to the cost of a batch, or electricity. Propane by the 20# is
    really expensive compared to other heat sources.There are some other hidden costs, such as ice
    for chilling...
