Nope, stuff looks like a snow globe when fermenting. In the vial it looks like cottage cheese.
It will settle out quick. No worries.

Completely normal. No worries. You can hook it up now. The gas inside isn't frozen.

There is a good chance that the beer in the bottom of the keg is frozen. But if the other 3 are
serving correctly, I'd take a look to see if maybe some hop material isn't stuck in the poppet.
