Mold and staleness are your only real enemies. If it was dry I wouldn't worry about the former.
The latter will probably get you to some degree but may work in your favor. One of the best

If you're going to pitch dry lager yeast at fermentation temps, then 2 packs is a very good
idea. If you pitch warm and then cool to fermentation temps, you'll be fine with 1. 34/70 isn't
    going to be ...

In the absences of better offers, I think you should take the offer you have. If you have
multiple offers, my advice is to take the one that offers you the most marketable job skills

I've been thinking about it. There are a few yeast strains that just don't like to clear no
matter what you do. (Wyeast 2565, I'm looking at you.) I'm also getting tired of crap settling

Sealed reasonably well, I've used pre-milled grains up to a year old. In my experience, around
6 months my roasted grains start losing a bit of flavor.

This applies to any well modified european malt from 2-row spring barley, German, Belgian,
Czech, French or Danish. I rarely boil longer than 70 minutes and never had any DMS in my beer,
    though my fel...

All right, based on this thread, I went to game stop and attempted to locate a copy of Death
Jr...to no avail. Instead, I was pointed in the direction of DeadRising, "chop til.you drop".
    It looked goo...

I use Weyermann pilsner all the time with 60 minute boils. Just get it rolling well and you
won't have to worry about DMS.

There are Krogers in South Georgia, just not in Valdosta. I know for sure there's one in
Waycross. There used to be one in Brunswick but I think it's a Harveys now. But yeah, Publix is
    far more preval...
