I leave my tripels in primary for 3-4 weeks. I then secondary at 40-50°F or so for 2-3 months

Actually it calls for pilsner malt. I dont have enough pilsner malt to sub for the 4 lbs also.
I guess I will be using 2 row since I wont place another order any time soon.

Im making a westmalle tripel. It also calls for 4lbs extra light. I forgot to get the extra
light but have plenty of 2 row. Is the grain going to affect the flavour significantly? Im
