My setup is a manual herms and love it. But yes definitely not a set and go setup but keeps you
involved during the whole brew.

Actually looked at it as the industrial ones heavy heavy duty insulation as can get more brews
out of it compared to the cheaper version

I have the orange and blue 5 gal and 2 yellow(industrial model) 10 gal coolers they also make
the industrial yellow coolers in 5 gal size. The orange and blue ones are all exactly the same

I'd use the 15 gallon for the boil kettle so you can do 10 gallon batches if you prefer. I'd
put a valve on all of them with camlock fittings, and thermometers on the HLT and Mash Tun.

I have the extended bulkhead with compression fitting from brewhardware.com on my 10 gallon
igloo. it works great with zero leaks.

2 Sheets of 1 1/2" Foil Faced Rigid Insulation, I used EPS, I would do it again using Poly Iso

Some tubing with a house clamp is the only thing i can think of for t that. Our you could get
more copper tubing to solder to the current Pipe and cut a slot for s window and stick in piece
of tubing ...
