- Started talking with a friend a few months ago about it, bought a starter kit, did 4 extract brews, upgraded with a 15.5 gal keg converted, modified my turkey fryer to fit the keg, made a mash-tun, made a wart chiller, and now I'm enjoying the all-grain side.
- Continue to work on my Stout, IPA, Porter, and Irish Red until I get them where I like them then move on to other adventures.

balance of spice and sweet from the orange, definitely not the overpowering grapefruit you are
