I use a jar that came with my vacuum sealer. Then I puth them in the freezer. Worked so far.

I plugged in your numbers and you are sitting at about 61% attenuation. According to the White
Labs website the attenuation should be about 65-75%. Someone with a little more experience

I must not be asking the question right. I still don't understand. If I were to enter a contest
and had to publish my recipe under BJCP, which method would be used? Or am I completely off
