    Yeah, with my method, I just boiled off any alcohol that was created during the souring process
    unfortunately. That'll teach me to not take multiple gravity readings.

    There's not much in south Atlanta so you're going to need to take the train north if you want

    Turned out really good. The honey malt wasn't too overpowering at all. I love the head
    retention due to the rye. The head would look like this the entire time
