    ABOUT ME

  • I've been brewing since 2005. I brew all-grain with a 48-quart cooler, homemade cpvc pipe manifold, 7.5-gal. aluminum pot, and el cheapo turkey fryer gas burner. I use a larger cooler, ice packs, and indoor/outdoor thermometer for manual, low-tech temperature control. And after 7 years of brewing, I still bottle.
  • A bunch of blonde ales. I need to focus on technique for a while. It's good but not excellent.

I've never brewed a blonde ale before, but I want a minimalist recipe to brew over and over
again for the next few months while I hone my technique a bit.How does this look? I welcome
