How in the hell did you talk your SWMBO into letting you build this thing INSIDE! I would get
    shot if I attempted such a thing! I guess that's why I have both a garage and a basement!Looks
    great thoug...

Thanks for the stain, lighting and lid advice! Sorry it took so long to post, having trouble
with my HB Talk app. I think I will head to the "Depot de la Casa" in a few minutes... Then I

Can you describe the taste? Not exactly, but I know it didn't fit any of the usual suspects for
infection/brewing errors. Like I said, I'm probably just over thinking it because it was only 4
    days sinc...

Brewed the 11 gallon recipe. Transferred this to secondary after 4 days in an attempt to get it
ready for a party. OG was 1.042 (I always seem to get 75% efficiency thus the higher
    number.)and the FG ...

Well, my final gravity was about 1.031 which means it came in at about 4.32% but I'm not
complaining. Why you may ask?Because I tasted the sample I took for my reading and it was so
    good I offered the...

Well, I am glad to hear that I suppose. I would be more than happy with .030. I mean, it's
still gonna taste good I'm sure, just was hoping for around 6% ABV. I just hope it doesn't get
    infected when ...
