  I totally forgot about Belgian bottles, like Duvel, which is the same as the one above.Only
  problem is that the beer in that kind of bottle are usually fairly expensive.

  Are u sure? There is a whole thread on removing corona labels. Some say starsan soak will take

  Why not seal the top entirely and add an access port with a smaller, circular hole? I'm
  thinking something like the top of a Better Bottle that you could just seal up with a regular
  gasket and airlock...

  That would be great, please do! The only modification I would think about is making them
  stackable, with something that "locks" them together. Not sure that made sense...but just mean
  something to kee...
