A bitter sounds like a very good idea. Although I would like to use all the ingredients in one
batch so I may just wing it and see what happens.

Just brewed the Austin HB kit this Sunday. Really looking forward to how this turns out. First
time I've used a kit but it sounds like a good summer brew.
