Started brewing after being given a basic extract setup and haven't stopped since. Spent three years doing extract batches but went all grain a year and a half ago to get better control over my beers. Currently I brew on a kitchen all-grain system with a cooler mash tun, a kettle with a spigot, a Stainless Steel Wort Chiller and an aquarium aeration kit. I also just started kegging using a 2.5gal Corney Keg and have been using the Tap-A-Draft system for about two years with great success. So far I've brewed everything from an Irish Dry Stout to a Dunkelweizen to a Wood Aged Stout and a few IPAs. In total I've brewed about 25 batches and have no plans to stop anytime soon.
