Started with the Mr.Beer kit, made all sorts of different batches with Mr.Beer ingredients. Recently got into extract brewing. Current Setup:
Making 2.5 gallons batches in a 3.5 gallon bucket, batch priming with Mr.Beer keg. My next thing is to start adding specialty grains to my extract recipes. Currently bottling but hope to look into the tap-a-draft by the summer! -
-IPA
-Stout
-Imperial Witbier
Once I can control temperature, I want to start making lagers. - 3.5 Gallon Bucket, Lid, Vinty Airlock, Spigot (No Siphoning)
- When I start trying secondary fermentation, I plan to just use one of my Mr.Beer kegs
-
Only Mr.Beer stuff so far:
-West Coast Pale Ale w/Booster
-Belgian Blanc
-Pumpkin "Lager"
-Otto's Octoberfest
-Brew Ha Ha Bock
-Witty Monk Witbier
-St. Patrick's Irish Stout
My first extract will be a Hefeweizen - Single
- Wharton
