My thought exactly.Sweet gale was the base of every beer recipe in ancient Europe before hops
were discovered. It was even used as a form of currency due to it's value. This does of course

There is a reference to a pressure cooker in this PPS, where it is used as a quick decoction
method. Might be a good device for decoction brewing?

In Holland, Grolsch swing tops are sold in plastic crates. There are 16 bottles in a crate. I
