Thanks for the input. I agree, the dry hopping the strawberry makes no sense. Think I'll do the
dry hopping in just the gallon fermenters!

should I adjust the lbs of Vienna Malt if its steeped instead of mashed? I've read that there
is little sugar in Vienna Malt to begin with.
