  • I started brewing in the early 90's and brewed for a few years. I guess I just drifted away from it. I'm Baaack! It seems that a lot of what was common wisdom is no longer as wise.

    Seems like Jamil said american wheat yeast came from a Kolsch yeast. Might have been the style
    section from a BYO edition.
