  • Started off extract brewing. I always bought extra ingredients and like messing around with recipes, so I went all grain with some buddies. We have a Blichman setup with a cooler, but we are currently setting up the top tier/tower of power which will be ready by summer. rnrnI started off loving IPAs and big stouts. I love them but my current interest is funky/wild ales like sours and saisons.

I will try that tommorrow hopefully. It's looking like rain and we prefer to brew outside in
the summer. We will have downtime from brewing. I think the trick will be seeing how much I
    need now. haha.
