  • Started off extract brewing. I always bought extra ingredients and like messing around with recipes, so I went all grain with some buddies. We have a Blichman setup with a cooler, but we are currently setting up the top tier/tower of power which will be ready by summer. rnrnI started off loving IPAs and big stouts. I love them but my current interest is funky/wild ales like sours and saisons.

    If I'm understanding you correctly, that your grapes are crushed (but not pressed) and ready to
