I have been brewing and growing hops for about 18 years. I have been in competitions and brewed "drinkable" beers and did win a bronze for an IPA.Then, "home brewer" became "brew club brewer".
I don't particularly brew to style anymore, just a loose term of "style". Since I grow hops (Willamettes, Chinooks, and Liberties, organic, naturally) I use a lot in my beers. So, my beers happily hoppy By the way, if anyone is interested, I have a limited stock for sale and inexpensive.
I, of course, learn something new about brewing all the time, and do have a question from time to time, which is why I'm here.
