- I have many friends that brew. My friend Joe is a homebrewer but also does it professionally in Wa. I brewed a few batches with him and now I am doing it on my own. I am starting out with extract kits. Right now I have a modified LD Carlson IPA, I put in about 4 oz extra hops at different stages. I call it "The Audacity of Hop" in honor of President Obama.
- I ordered an Anchor Porter clone and am working on a imperial stout recipe with Qbrew.
