    ABOUT ME

  • I am a recent Art graduate, aspiring to be part of the game industry. I play a lot of games because of this, and happen to drink a ton of my brew in the process.

  • I am very new to Brewing, have only done Apfelwein twice and that being the extent. I have been interested in brewing since I first drank beer/ciders but never pursued it in any way. A little over a year ago I found this site, used the knowledge stored within but didn't make an account until now.
  • I plan to venture into the world of Mead.

This thread is asking the exact question I had, which is using a counter pressure filler and
glass bottles for soda. But now comes by keg noob questions! My kegs and kegging supplies show

I have only done two different 1 gallon batches of Habanero Mead, but I loved both so much I
couldn't stop drinking them, used 3 Habaneros in a gallon with seeds, and they were placed in
    primary. But ...

I loosely based my current Habanero off of that thread :D. Though I went with about a pound
less honey and 3 habaneros, actually I just tasted it last night and its great! The current
    sweetness does c...

I'm still new to brewing, but unless you have a way to flash freeze, i'd never let bananas go
anywhere near a freezer/fridge. But like I said, i don't know if it makes a difference for
    brewing, I know...

You can always try adding a smokey tea, like : never tried it, but I want/plan to at some
    point.

I love the idea, and though I do occasionally drink Arizona teas still, I am opposed to using
it for a brew. When it comes to my daily multiple cup consumption of tea, I go with quality
    loose leaf, lo...
