It's a little over carbed and needs to be warmed before drinking. I used 4.5oz of priming sugar
for 5 gallons. I am going to dial it back some. Fridge temps are just too cold for this beer

Did the temp change recently? I've gotten those bubbles before and had no issue with the batch.
I assumed it was just co2 coming out of solution

I use a 58lb vittle vault for mine. It was a bit pricey but its airtight and I tossed a couple
of brown sugar bears in to handle any moisture.

Those 3lb cans of fruit should be already sterilized as part of the canning process. If you are
worried about infection, that could solve that.

I never pasturize the fruit I add. I buy it frozen, thaw it, toss it in the bucket and rack on
top of it. I figure between the Ph, alcohol and strong yeast presence nothing has a chance.

I bottled it 9/4. I will probably sample one this weekend and report back. Prepping the starter
for my version now, after a few minor tweaks to bring it in line.

I used 1 can of the blueberry (~48oz) in a wit I made and it was really under flavored. I am
