It's a little over carbed and needs to be warmed before drinking. I used 4.5oz of priming sugar
for 5 gallons. I am going to dial it back some. Fridge temps are just too cold for this beer
    for sure.

I just saw this, sorry for the late reply. I live in Bettendorf and the only thing I do with my
water is run it through the brita filter I have on my faucet. Any off flavors I've had can be

top of it. I figure between the Ph, alcohol and strong yeast presence nothing has a chance.

I bottled it 9/4. I will probably sample one this weekend and report back. Prepping the starter
for my version now, after a few minor tweaks to bring it in line.

I used 1 can of the blueberry (~48oz) in a wit I made and it was really under flavored. I am
going to try 5lb next time.

I do a few fruit beers. With stronger flavors like raspberry in a light ale, I use about 4lbs.
It comes out very raspberry. Since cherries are a bit more subtle, you will need to up that
    some. Since i...

Long story short, it'll be easier to buy amber extract and use the pilsen extract for something
else. That is what I was figuring. It was AHS amber extract, so I probably won't be able to find
    the exac...
