    Just keep and eye on the airlock clean if necessary. Don't forget while fermenting the CO2 if
    forcing itself out of grommet so no bacteria will get in beer.

    What kind of hops, pellet or leaf? I would not stir, don't want to risk aeration.They are
    cascade pellets. No stirring then.

    I am ready to dry hop my first batch and have. A question should I put the hops and a bag with
    a weight or is that not worth it. Also do I stir it at all??
