- A friend told me, "I heard beer can be made at home I wanna give it a try". I very calmly and collectively finished my beer with him, went home, got on Google and found this to be true. I proceeded to order a 5 gallons starter kit with ingredients for a pale ale that night, and was brewing my first beer by the weekend.

- Simcoe IPA, Honey Pale Ale, Oyster Stout.

Demon is right, it has to be another craft brewery. A lot of distributors will pay for draft
equipment and buy out managers at different accounts (paid trips etc...) in order to win shelf

Nola Brew,It is hard to get a true lager style brew fermenting at 65 degrees with an ale

This will give you an idea, but in general you usually want double the yeast you would normally

Scottvin, That is a pretty weird hop schedule but you still got a fair amount of bitterness out
of it. You could have fermented the beer out a little bit more, but still 1.015 is not a bad
