Beer is in keg and carbed, came out kind of sweet any way to add flavor or bitterness

So the recipe says to stay in primary for 10 days then cold crash.is that done in the primary
bucket? They say to cold crash for 3 days then ill keg and Carb will come up in about 8 days.
