  • Funny thing how I got in to HB. I had always been interested in it but just thought that it had to require a lot of expensive equipment and time... Then I watched an episode of Good Eats and Alton was HB'ing. Seemed like it was easy enough so I started reading. Got an touch with my LHBS and the rest is history.
    Been brewing a year know and am still using a basic set-up with Carboy/ bucket/bottling bucket. Slowly putting together an all-grain set-up

    Thanks for all the advice. At the recommendation of my LHBS, I added some dry Champagne yeast.
    Time to wait and see.
