The exp date on the yeast was in july of this summer, I have used a batch with the exp date in
the same area, I really hope that the temp will bring things up to par. THe lhbs is one hour

my temp of wort was probelly around 90es. I then added it to 2 gals of cool water in my carboy,
then toped off to 5 gals, with more cool water, then pitched yeast.

the og was right on, after i posted thread to get the reading right. It was @ 1.054IT was in a

Taste a little flat, but i used 2/3 cup of Corn Sugar.The FG was 1.038, for several days.There
was some Krausen, but not a whole lot.It is still drinkable, I just cant brag about this
