in the secondary for 4 monthswhen disturbed it looks similar to yeast moving with that
stringy pattern that yeast likes to move in. I'd like to think that's what it is but after
sitting for 4 months...

Sorry for the late reply came out pretty good. Very drinkable. A friend commented that it was
"really really good". Personally I think 6oz of lactose is too much. It gives a good mouth feel

I've got 1/2 pound of Steel Cut Oats steeping with 1/2 teaspoon of powdered amylase from the

From what I understand commercial brews don't age after bottling like a homebrew would.This is
because most beer you find in the store has had as much of the yeast as possible filtered out
