  • I started with the Mr. Beer premium home brew kit. I have tried their west coast pale ale recipe. Now I have a slew of equipment from LHBS, Midwest, and Austin homebrew...I also work at a brewery.
  • California Common, Saison/Belgian Pale Ale, Apfelwein
  • Half a carboy of Apfelwein
  • In the past I've bottled: Mr. Beer West Coast Pale Ale, Brass Ale, Bavarian Hefeweizen, 2 batches of Apfelwein

    I can't remember if I zip-locked em. I hope I did!Luckily, the hop plants are ripe for the
    picking right now at my parents' house. Its no huge loss if they oxidized, just means more
    stuff to throw in ...
