  • I just recently began brewing, and I have devoloped an extreme passion for beer over the last 2 years. My first brew is a Sam Smith Oatmeal Stout clone, and I'm very excited. My next brew will be an Indian Brown Ale, by mixing Newcastle ingredients with Stone IPA ingredients.
