Home Brewing Biography: First introduced to home brewing by a college room mate but it was my boss on my last ship that tipped me over the edge. Haven't made it past extract brewing but I now have all the parts to finish building a masher.
Future Brews: Just moved a porter into secondary with some oak chips soaked in Southern Comfort (10 day soak). Looking to start a Miabock this week. Anyone got any good recipes?
