In my experience, having a keg lid with an airlock is unnecessary. I've been fermenting in kegs
w/ a spunding valve for quite some time with great success. Fermcap-S, fermenting under 15~ish

Sure. I had to consider a bunch of factors a) having to move b) easy to work with c) food grade
d) UV resistant e) affordable f) could I find it in Korea. The Brute bucket satisfied all of

That's good to hear. I hadn't even attempted it because I assumed that it was a complete waste
of money. So my next run will probably be a hoppy session beer w/ whirlflock and a flocculant
