    It's gonna be a gorgeous weekend here in CT and I'll be doing some smoking and grilling.
    Figured I would pick up some ribs and do some wings on the WSM. Haven't done apple chunks yet

    270344Brewed a dry Irish stout last night using the new mash tun with false bottom. The most
    efficient brew day to date! Over shot the pre boil gravity and so gained some OG points too.

    I agree...if you're able to hit your Pre-Boil Gravity and OG with some sort of repeatability, I
    would say that's a good skill. When I dump in the yeast, I Just let it run it's course and it
