That's the 18" WSM. Was able to fit 4 racks of ribs on it, no problem

For the past year I've been using a Mini E-HERMS system to keep my mash right at temp. It's a
combination of a mini HERMS coil. a temp controller, cooler and pump. I couldn't be more happy
with my cur...

It's gonna be a gorgeous weekend here in CT and I'll be doing some smoking and grilling.
Figured I would pick up some ribs and do some wings on the WSM. Haven't done apple chunks yet

270344Brewed a dry Irish stout last night using the new mash tun with false bottom. The most
