I usually keep the burner on low and keep an eye on it and stir every 10-20 minutes. Keep the
bag off the bottom and it's no big deal.

There's no reason you cant prime with sugar in a keg. You just cant do it at that cold of
temps. I'd keep it at room temp for a week or two then set it at serving pressure.

I just stir with the chiller every few minutes. Like pick it up and set it down a few times.
