Why not store the grains in the freezer or fridge?In the fridge you can get a moisture build up
that can spoil the grains. The freezer could be an option, but isn't needed.

Yes it will work, but if you would also like some slight or even full carbonation I would
recommend doing this. could also bottle right away and use the above method for no carb.
