My LHBS will have fresh, California juice in the fall. I plan to buy six gallons or so,
pasteurize it, split it up, and then blend it with some wort. Then ferment with at least two
different bug mixes...

Many of the European Amber styles and Bocks use a significant portion of Munich in the grain

What is the form of that mango and passionfruit? Freeze dried? Or some kind of puree in a bag?

A couple of things come to mind. The IBU's are too high. Wyeast recommends. less than 15 . The
