  • Raised in a semi hippy town in the stix of Texas. There was some homebrewing in my blood but never to ahold till lately.

  • Currently I am running 5 gallon batches of recipes from AHB. I really want to get into creating my own recipes, especially stouts, and porters.
  • Cinnamon Apple Mead, double Chocolate stout, and some quick session beer
  • Mead coming this weekend

  • Just bottled a German Kolsch
