    Looks solid just make sure you have enough yeast and make sure it's happy throughout the

    well just the other day ran to the HB shop to make a IPA with citra backup hop was simcoe and
    couldn't get either. went with Zythos there IPA hop blend replacement. it turned out awsome!

    Got a 5 gallon batch with safeale 05 that I pitched last night woke up and had a sulfur smell.
    Is there anything I can do to correct this?
