What the Bock! is my recipe in place, we shall see if turns out tasty in a few weeks time! I
plan on brewing it up Monday, and will try out the decoction step during the mash.

Thanks for the feedback... So looks like I have a couple of choices1. Pitch the yeast I want to
save in a little bit of wort - let it ferment out, cold crash, store yeast cake.. Make starter
