That is a lot of citra for 5g, but it should be incredible. I gave heard of cat pee smell when
citra is used for battering. Next time, use a clean buttering hop like magnum, and keep citra

I can tell you that it took me quite a while before I was making beer that I would serve to
friends. I probably brewed for close to a year before I was making beer I was comfortable
    sharing.

Just a few miles away from Dorney is Emmaus. There's a beer distributor there called Shangy's.
It has an obscene selection of beer. Forgot to add my thanks for coming up and helping. I'm

I would suggest simplifying your set up and shopping around for good prices. I don't think my
setup cost more than $300 for 5 gallon batches.

Welcome to the forum! Where's near Philly? I'm about 20 miles up the NE extension myself.

I would definitely recommend Troeg's Perpetual IPA or even better Nugget Nectar. Two great IPAs
and you can support a PA brewery.
