I bottled it today and the FG was only 1.020 so I'm guessing it's around 4%. Tasted pretty good
from the bottling bucket. I'll hope for the best I guess.

Your beer will definitely change a lot when it gets carbonated. At 9 days the yeast isn't done

The darkness is probably from boiling your extract too long which causes it to caramelize. You
can add 1/2-3/4 of it 5 minutes before flameout and will get a much lighter color.I had some

OKYeah it happened right when I started to chill it. Also, my wort is really dark and murky.

You still need to get somewhere and purchase an auto-syphon. YES you can make your tubing work,
