  • Co-worker got me started 21 years ago. Brewed for 3-4 years then stopped (marriage and apartment life). Packed equipment away and moved into a house. Started back up 8 years ago because some neighbors got me back into it. Have been regular since 2005. Brew a beer for each season, and a couple of extra batches through out the year.

    Thanks for tip. I was looking for Seville, but didn't think of marmalade. I also looked for
    blood orange too. I can see me making a batch of this every year, so I will try Seville next.
