  • I've been toying with the idea of home brewing for a couple of decades. Then I found out that a friend of mine brewed and sat in on several brew sessions. I was hooked. Then I found that a new in-law also brewed. He was kind enough to donate some equipment, and my wife bought the rest of the gear I needed as a birthday gift. The history.
  • Honey Lager, Sticke Alt, Baltic Porter, several IPA's, and probably anything else I try that tastes good!
