That's why I was suggesting ec 1118 I use it to make Skeeter Pee all the time. Skeeter is a
very acidic environment but 1118 never has a problem

The carbonated version is ready . The carbonation cuts the artificial sweetness a bit and makes
it perfect. Great Mountain dew flavor and not too sweet.

Try using Brewers Best Cider House Select yeast. Even fermenting down to 1.0 leaves a nice
apple flavor behind.
