Yea the system is really cool. I was wondering how hard it might be to modify a Vinator Bottle

BEER CONCENTRATE was the original idea............... We lose significant space in our
fermenters for krausen. It's no big deal to the big boys, but when you are doing small batches,
that half gallon....

Owly055 you can brew at a hight gravity (or concentrate) and dilute. When you do it all aspects
of the brew will be reduced (IBU, color, abv...). Not a big deal if you planned the recipe out
