  • I have been diagnosed with Celiac disease and miss craft beers. I used to enjoy Guinness, Samuel Smith, Samuel Adams (especially the Honey Porter), and Smithwicks. Redbridge and Bard's just don't do it for me. I am just discovering this hobby and have not purchased any equipment yet, but I do plan to in the very near future. I still have a kegerator set up for Guinness in my garage. I am debating weather to convert that to a Home brew keg system, or just bottle.

original and I don't feel comfortable malting GF grains yet. I'm not sure about the times
