1 min slower isnt much. It can depend on how tired your legs are before the ride or how much
training you have done. My times on the same hill i train on vary day to day some days super
fast some days...

I need to use an airlock from a sour batch as its the only airlock that I can attach a blowoff
to. I have put in in near boiling wates so it will not melt but heat it up over 80°c and soak

They look much like Humulus japonicus japanese hops but i could be wrong. If they are they are
useless in brewing.

Just took a sample. Og of 1.035 down to 1.010 very pleasent taste with a slight touch of
banana. If it was able to be bottled now it would be a superb summer beer.

I cant 100% tell if its infected. But the white stuff on the hop bag looks suspicious. I
